The web based solutions provided a number different features such
as
(i) Allowing for interfacing with MS Office applications, namely
Word(for letter writing), Excel(for reporting) and Outlook(for communications).
(ii) Case tracking including reports for under performing partners
and company risk assessment and analysis.
(iii) Encrypted Import/Export module allowing for secure delivery
of data to and from system in an electronic format.
This system has reduced company costs and enhanced efficiency by
36% per annum.
